Deposit and Fees

No security deposit is required! Only a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.00 is required (along with the application fees to hold an apartment.) The application fee is $35 per applicant. Married applicants are only charged one application fee. All persons who will be residing in the apartment and are 18 years and older must complete an application and pay an application fee.

Additional Amenities and Charges

$35.00 washer/dryer per month / $25.00 carport per month / $60.00 garage per month
Resident pays water, sewer, and trash removal fees of $35.00/$40.00/$45.00 per month

As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Park Laureate. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

We welcome most pets with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Certain breeds are restricted and weight limits apply. Combined weight must not exceed 100 lbs. Pets require a $20.00 monthly pet fee per pet. A non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 is payable upon move-in. Please contact property for more details.
