Will you accept my pets?

We will gladly accept most pets. We have a 100 lb combined weight limit and a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. There are some breed retrictions. There's a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a $20/month pet rent per pet.

What is the application fee?

The application fee is $35 per applicant. Married applicants are only charged one application fee. All persons who will be residing in the apartment and are 18 years and older must complete an application and pay an application fee.

What is the security deposit?

No security deposit is required! Only a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.00 is required.

Do you accept short term leases?

Currently, we offer flexible lease terms from 6-12 months

Do you have high-speed internet access?

We offer free wi-fi internet in the clubhouse areas and in our business center with provided desktop computers. Every apartment has the ability to recieve internet access through the provider of their choice.

If I have a maintenance request at my apartment, what is the best way to get my request handled in a timely manner?

We have professional on-site maintenance to handle general maintenance requests Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Maintenance issues are responded to in which the order they were recieved with priority given to emergencies. If you have an emergency after office hours including weekends, our on-call maintenace technician can be paged through our main answering system at (502) 499-6688. General maintance issues can be addressed to any of our office staff by telephone, email, or in person.

What is the parking situation?

General parking is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do have reserved garages and carports that are for lease only. No one is permitted to park in reserved except by those who have reserved the space with their vehicle information.

What are the hours of your fitness center?

The fitness center is open 24-hours a day

What are the hours of your leasing/management office?
